Delivery

Delivery will only take place after payment has been confirmed by the Seller’s bank.

Products will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer in the online order form.

Any additional costs resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the Customer will be charged to the Customer.

Delivery will occur, according to the method chosen by the Customer, within the following timeframes:

Delivery times are indicative. No compensation can be claimed from the Seller or the carrier for late deliveries. However, if the delivery period exceeds thirty days from the date of the order, the sales agreement may be terminated and the Customer may be refunded.

a. Order Inspection
Upon receiving the products, the Customer or recipient must check the condition of the delivered product and whether the service delivered is as agreed.

If one or more of the ordered products are missing or damaged, the Customer or recipient must note this with the carrier at the time of delivery and notify the Seller immediately.

The inspection is considered completed once the Customer or their authorized representative accepts the order without reservation.

Any claim not made according to the above rules and within the specified timeframes will not be taken into account and releases the Seller from all liability to the Customer.

b. Delivery Errors
In case of a delivery error or if the products do not match the information on the order form, the Customer must notify the Seller within three working days after the delivery date.

Any complaint submitted after this period will not be taken into consideration and releases the Seller from all liability.

c. Returns and Exchanges
The product to be exchanged or refunded must be returned in full, in its original packaging and original condition to the Seller.

The procedure is as follows:

  1. Send an email to the supplier within fourteen working days of receiving the order.
  2. In the email, include your name, order number, order date, and reason for return.
  3. After your request has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email authorizing the return.
  4. Send the goods back within three working days of receiving the confirmation email.

Any complaint or return that does not follow these defined rules and deadlines will not be accepted and releases the Seller from all liability.

Products to be exchanged or refunded must be returned in full and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
