What do you need to register?
To sell as a business on Qualitools, we require the following information:
A valid business registration number (KvK or KBO):
- Dutch companies must be registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) and have a valid Dutch VAT number.
- Belgian companies must be registered in the Belgian Business Register (KBO) and have a valid Belgian VAT number.
A valid VAT number from your country of establishment:
This number must match your company's official country of registration.
A valid proof of identity (passport or ID card):
To verify your identity and legal authority to represent the company. The document must not be expired, reported stolen, or missing.
An active bank account in a SEPA country:
The account must be in the name of your business or in your own name as the business owner.
What happens after your application?
Once we receive your registration, we’ll verify that all conditions are met. We also perform background checks. This process takes up to 10 working days. If needed, we’ll contact you by phone. Once approved, you’ll receive confirmation and can start selling.
Important: Applications that do not meet the requirements or show serious issues (e.g. fraud or money laundering history) may be rejected.
