Qualitools has established this Privacy Policy to transparently inform users of the website hosted at the following address: [URL], (hereinafter the “Site”), about how personal data is collected and processed by Qualitools.
The term “User” refers to any individual or legal entity visiting or communicating in any way with the Site.
As the data controller, Qualitools determines all technical, legal, and organizational means and purposes for processing personal data of Users.
Qualitools undertakes all necessary measures to ensure personal data processing is in accordance with the Law of July 30, 2018, on the protection of individuals regarding personal data processing (hereinafter the “Law”), and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of April 27, 2016 (the General Data Protection Regulation or “GDPR”).
Qualitools is free to appoint a natural or legal person to process Users’ data on its behalf (hereinafter the “Processor” or “Subcontractor”), provided the Processor offers sufficient guarantees of compliance with the Law and Regulation.

By accessing and using the Site, the User confirms having freely, specifically, and unambiguously given consent for their data to be processed, as outlined in this Privacy Policy.

Data is kept as long as the User remains part of the client base. Accounts/data will be stored until the User requests termination of services.
Accounting documents (e.g. orders and invoices) are retained for 7 years in compliance with legal obligations.
7. Data Recipients and Disclosure to Third Parties
Data may be shared with employees, subcontractors, or suppliers involved in delivering products or services, provided they ensure data protection.
They operate under Qualitools' direct authority and must handle data discreetly and securely.
If data is shared with third parties for direct marketing, the User will be informed in advance and must give explicit consent.
8. User Rights

a. Right of Access (Art. 15)
Users may request access to their personal data and details such as categories of data, recipients, storage periods, and any automated decision-making.
A reasonable fee may be charged for additional copies.
Requests made electronically will be fulfilled in electronic format within one month unless otherwise requested.
b. Right to Rectification (Art. 16)
Users can correct inaccurate or irrelevant data. They may do so via their account or request assistance from Qualitools.
All recipients of the corrected data will be informed unless impossible or disproportionately difficult.
c. Right to Erasure (Art. 17)
Users may request deletion of their data under specified conditions.
If data was made public, Qualitools will take reasonable steps to notify other processors of the erasure request.

d. Right to Restriction of Processing (Art. 18)

This does not apply to processing for public interest tasks or affect third-party rights.
f. Right to Object & Automated Decision-Making (Art. 21 & 22)
Users can object to processing based on their specific situation, including profiling.
For direct marketing purposes, objection leads to immediate cessation of processing.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Site may contain third-party links. Qualitools is not responsible for their content or GDPR compliance.
Parental consent is required for users under 16 years old. Qualitools urges guardians to promote safe internet use.
Qualitools is not liable for data loss, theft, or corruption due to viruses or cyberattacks.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
